Stone Manor is a new residence designed for a young family whose lifestyle centers around gathering. Inspired by their Greek heritage and love of outdoor entertaining, the home is organized around a central courtyard that anchors the plan and strengthens the connection between interior and landscape.
A two-story window wall draws natural light deep into the home while preserving privacy, reinforcing the courtyard as the heart of daily life. A copper-clad “jewel box” family room—wrapped in walnut paneling and grounded by a limestone fireplace—serves as an intimate counterpoint to the home’s larger communal spaces.
Clad in fieldstone with a Vermont slate roof and copper detailing, the architecture reflects a timeless European influence interpreted with modern restraint. From the alfresco kitchen terrace and pool courtyard to the stone tunnel wine cellar below, each element reinforces a home designed for legacy, celebration, and enduring craftsmanship.
