Rosario Mannino was born and raised in New Jersey.  He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and a Professional Certificate from New York University in Construction Project Management. Eight years after graduating from FAU, Mannino founded the Architect-Led Design-Build company RS|MANNINO Architecture + Construction.  Prior to this, Mr. Mannino worked at Affiniti Architects in Boca Raton, Florida where he worked on numerous award winning and published estate homes.  After leaving Florida he moved back to his roots and joined Palimpsest Architectural Design in Westfield, NJ.  Eager for a new challenge, Mr. Mannino moved on to Summit, NJ where he worked for The Rosen Group as a designer on his passion for residential designs.  After five years of architecture he decided it was time to go back to his other passion, construction.  He worked for phbCatalystgroup in Manhattan.  At Catalyst Mr. Mannino worked as Project Manager on a 30 million dollar hotel renovation in one of Manhattan’s oldest and prominent buildings.  After 2 years of managing the hotel renovation Mr. Mannino moved onto his next level of construction, a 28 story ground up residential building in Brooklyn, NY.  Mr. Mannino was the Project Manager for a 90 million dollar development project where he was part of a talented team in developing project budgeting, buyout of trades, scheduling and finance reporting. Rosario Mannino is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey.  He is NCARB certified, is a member of the United States Green Building Council’s LEED AP certification program and member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.

Frank holds a Bachelors of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters of Architecture from The Bartlett, University College London. While writing his thesis 'Temporary structures & the relevance of permanence' Frank worked on the construction of his first design-build; gut renovation of a brownstone in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Since then Frank has worked on various urban attached single and multifamily homes in and around the New York City area. Prior to joining RS|MANNINO in February of 2016, Frank worked at MV Architecture where he managed a variety of public and private projects including the Secaucus Ice Rink and the LEED Platinum, 707 Willow Ave. Frank has also worked for Urban Office Architecture and Davis Brody Bond. His work is influenced by experience in set design, sculpture & sailing.

Gabriel Landaverde facilitates a broad range of services for projects that require an in-depth analysis in
Programming and Feasibility, Zoning, Building Code, Design, and Construction. Prior to joining
RSMannino Architecture and Construction, Gabriel was co-founder of La Luna Design Group, an
Architectural Firm that focused on Residential and Multi-Family projects since 2009 located in Cranford,
NJ. His experience and leadership aptitude led to commissions over $10M in the Multi-Family Sector
such as College Housing, Senior Housing, as well as Fair Market Housing for private Developers. His vast
experience began in 2001, having worked on and led several projects such as Medical Offices, Office
Buildings, Religious Buildings, Restaurants, Retail, Multi-Family, and Residential works through
employment from local Architectural Firms in Central New Jersey. As an Associate at RSMannino,
Gabriel enjoys working with the Team and Clients and contributing his lifelong passion and experience in
Architecture to the projects.

Alexander Bruno, educated at both the Knowlton School of Architecture of Ohio State University (OSU) and New Jersey Institute of Technology is a graduate of NJIT with a Bachelor of Architecture. After seeing his first set of blueprints at ten years old he found his passion and announced he would be an architect. Alexander has 4 years experience in multiple fields of architecture, including residential, commercial, educational design, and more; being responsible for projects from initial design through to construction completion. Beginning his career at Salient Associates, LLC working on telecommunication units on New York's roofs, he moved to the diverse projects of Guzzo+Guzzo Architects learning the intricacies of project design, project management, and construction administration. Since joining RS|MANNINO Architects in 2017 Alexander has worked with its talented team of architects and contractors to design and build various residential projects, including additions, renovations, and new homes. His professionalism, enthusiasm and creativity continue to drive inspiring designs and timely construction.
